Easily the best game I've played in months. Easily the best licensed game ever.

Seriously. So good.

Previous holder of that title was the last Wolverine game.

But, yeah, the atmosphere is fantastic, the Bat-gadgets are super-sweet, and the inverted takedown is one of the best moves in any videogame ever.

I noticed you can hang upside-down with the inverted takedown, but I haven't seen a real purpose for just hangin' out yet, aside from being awesome.

I need encouragement to not spend money on games and this thread isn't helping. The demo was sweet though.

I not only want to play this game at all times, I want to find every Riddler trophy. Impossible task, probably...

Probably get this at price drop time. Though it was almost the deciding factor for me taking the plunge and buying an X Box.

I think I'm at/very near the final boss fight. I wonder if I'll be able to wander (lonely as a cloud) around the island afterwards to find stuffs?

Probably worth backtracking now and making sure you find what you can before taking the plunge - or, if you can, copy your save to another one of the slots if you can, just in case?

The price drop in Xboxes is awesome. $299 for the Elite is great. The Pro on its way out only has the 20GB HDD but if you're not doing a lot of game DLC, that's pretty big and same price as the Wii.

I'm still at the fight with Bane simply because I haven't really had time to play. Perhaps this upcoming holiday weekend.

Since I'm home illin' today, I can tell you that after the last boss you are free to roam about the island and find/collect things.

Brian, I think the Pro system comes with 60GB HDD. I think it also has an HDMI port, which is really nice, even though the Xbox can display a 1080p image through component cables, something that the PS3 can't do.

My copy arrives tomorrow, can't wait to open it up!

All systems have the HDMI port now, even the Arcade. They don't make 'em otherwise now. Smile

I know, but all the HDMI port is good for eliminating clutter, and upscaling DVD.

I got my copy in today... gonna play this bad boy tomorrow Smile

Got thisun on the PS3. It rocked. The stuff that was the best in my mind was the background info and easter eggs. Mr Freeze's cell, Clayface and the whole Spirit of Arkham was great.

I should finish it someday. I forget where I'm at, though. Coming up on the croc fight, maybe?

I played through, then used the magical Internetz to go back and find all the Riddler stuff. Such a great game. For real, one of the best I have ever played.

I have actually played and beaten that game. No joke. Sister had it. But I think for SNES (which was ostensibly hers, but you wouldn't know it by how often I played Aladdin and rented Street Fighter 2)

Man, SFII on SNES... the memories that brings back. Good times.

Aladdin was pretty solid, if I recall correctly.
