Today Matthew gave me good advice and devirusamated my PC.

For the record, I wasn't even doing anything dodgy when I got the virus - I was trying to download "All My Friends Are Getting Married" by Skyhooks because it's not on youtube and I wanted to post it to facebook because all my friends are getting married. So it's Mark's fault, really.

Today, and yesterday, are probably the sickest I've been as far back as I can remember. Didn't go to work or school, and I'm kinda bummed. We'll see how I feel in the morning, as there are some things that really need to get done around here.

This is a long shot, but, non-gender-identified spivak?

The day before today, which I guess some learned persons call yestertoday, I received in the mail a proclamation from Pat Quinn, Governator of Illinois, declaring that last February 28 was Rare Disease Day. Which is neat, I guess. Wrote in late so the proclamation came late. You know how that goes. I didn't get even a free dinner. Maybe had I had the paper before I could have waved it around inside the closest Quiznos and gotten a free sandwich.

Maybe you need a sexier rare disease?
Yours is pretty hot though. I am gonna have to call an Unfair to that.

Also on that website there is a kid kissing a dolphin. I thought it was a boot. I now have a new idea for footwear!

You can NOT wear dolphins on your feet.

(Or children)

My good man, it is unfair to drop mention of something like that without more detail.

Someone at some point skimmed my card and yesterday (payday, billpayday) decided to empty my account. Yay.... So card canceled, money being recovered, extra monies floating in from work related things. The money gods hate me this year I think.

Today I ordered a can of sprinkle on coyote urine. Yeah, that's not ever a sentence I thought I'd say but it's supposed to help keep my stupid neighbor's outdoor cat out of my garden. Cat poop does not equal good fertilizer.

It's better than one of those giant bags of coyote urine that you hang from a tree. Also, what movie/tv show is that from?

pft - there's only going to be 70 of us (and about 20 of those will be children) at the wedding. We still need to pick up the wine. That's Irish for ya.

Is it good fertilizer compared to the cat poop? That would be the deciding factor on success rate I think.

It's not a fertilizer, it's an animal deterrent. Smile
